  • *for birthdates September to December, provide ECCD from previous school.

Grade 7–10

  • ESC Certificate (if applicable for Gr.8-10)
ESC Requirements
(For incoming Grade 7 ONLY)
  • ESC Application Form (will be given upon enrollment)
  • Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
  • Photocopy of Grade 6 Report Card
  • 2x2 Photo of ESC Grantee
  • Proof of Income (Certificate of Employment/Indigency, Income Tax Return of Parents)
  • Data Proivacy Notice

Enrollment Process

New Students

1. Take the Entrance Test (G1–G10)
2. Register Online at ows.edu.ph
3. Verify Email Address
4. Fill Out Registration Form
5. Submit Required Documents
6. Pay the Fees
Officially Enrolled

Old Students

1. Login to Your Account (ows.edu.ph)
2. Click “Register for this SY”
3. Change Grade Level & Update contact info.
4. Submit Required Documents
5. Pay the Fees
Officially Enrolled
